My car was held for 12 days mostly waiting for warranty approvals, inspections and parts. If you want to overpay for service this is the dealership to go to. Also, apparently my wife when she went back to pick up her receipt for the work being done on our truck was maliciously approached by the m to go to. Great service but slow. I had a 9am appt for an oil change and tire rotation. It appeared my appt wasn’t in the system. I was told it would take an hour to an hour and a half and it took 2 hours. Dealer was very courteous upon arrival at getting myself and vehicle checked in. The service scheduled was completed within the estimated time. The reason I did not give an excellent rating was because upon my return to home, I checked the lug nut for each of the wheels and found that they were not torqued down as they should have been. They lug nuts were tightened enough that they would not have loosened, but were not torqued to factory specs. More
