Dealer was very courteous upon arrival at getting myself and vehicle checked in. The service scheduled was completed within the estimated time. The reason I did not give an excellent rating was because up and vehicle checked in. The service scheduled was completed within the estimated time. The reason I did not give an excellent rating was because upon my return to home, I checked the lug nut for each of the wheels and found that they were not torqued down as they should have been. They lug nuts were tightened enough that they would not have loosened, but were not torqued to factory specs. More

Everyone was professional and courteous from the person that greeted me, the person that place that mat in my car, the person that completed the work order and the cashier.
