I have been a customer of Performance CJDR for roughly 15 years. Within that timeframe, I have developed a great working relationship with my service coordinator Joe. He knows more about my vehicle than I do years. Within that timeframe, I have developed a great working relationship with my service coordinator Joe. He knows more about my vehicle than I do and takes the time to explain each repair from start to finish. Having those relationships are valuable, I don’t have to keep explaining things to different people. He already knows. I pass several Dodge dealerships to get to Georgesville over 20 miles because Customer Service means a lot to me. My service coordinator is always professional attentive and ensures that all my needs are met promptly. I will highly recommend Chrysler Jeep Dodge, and Ram to anyone looking for quality and reliable service. Their cars aren’t bad either.😊 More

Dropped off my vehicle on a Monday morning after waiting 2 weeks for the service. Garrett asked if I was going to wait or dropping it off. Expecting my vehicle back that evening, I waited 5 days with broken 2 weeks for the service. Garrett asked if I was going to wait or dropping it off. Expecting my vehicle back that evening, I waited 5 days with broken deadlines and promises only to find out they never even looked at the vehicle. Garrett gave my keys to someone else to give to me, no eye contact no apologies. Don’t use this dealer, waste of time and money. Terrible customer experience. More
