The leadership is unlike ANYTHING I’ve ever experienced in the Corporate sector-upfront, close and personable. My Sales Lady Sierra at Jeepland ROCKS THE HOUSE!!! She’s one of the best Sales rep I’ve encountered in shopping for cars. She handled things from the time I pulled on the lot until the time I drove off in my new Jeep. We had bought a new Jeep in 2020 and went there with our need for used car. It wasn't the same experience and there was definitely a bit of bait and switch on the pricing. They also failed to tell us there need for used car. It wasn't the same experience and there was definitely a bit of bait and switch on the pricing. They also failed to tell us there was only 1 key (so getting another key will be $250 from Toyota) which is a factor on the selling. Very disappointed in this difference from a new car to a used car but I guess it's verifying a stereotype. The manager sent a message saying please let him know if any concerns before placing a negative review... I did. I heard nothing. Wouldn't recommend for a used car More

I was able to pick up the Jeep later that evening, test drive it, and complete the financing. The process was smooth and painless and completely worth the drive from Cincinnati to Centerville! Service department is awful. Service manager is not responsive. general Manager is non responsive. Dealt with corrosion issues which took forever to fix doors then I’ve been on a wait list for two years to fix hood while doors are bubbling again. Recently had routine oil change and tire rotation done. Requested 5 tire rotation. Only rotated 4. By the time I got the car back the mechanic had left so I was left to deal with it. They asked me to drop the vehicle off at a different time so they could rotate them correctly. Another hassle added to my day since they couldn’t find a competent service tech. Seems like a small thing but when you pay for something you expect OEM to be trustworthy. Was also told by service advisor that they check and fill air in tires. Nope. So I can only hope they really changed the oil like they were supposed to. I’ve been loyal to this dealer for years. And I’m done. When a service manager nor GM cares enough to return calls they obviously don’t care about the customer. More

It's quite reassuring to know that I was in good hands throughout the whole process; from looking at different vehicles with Tristan, right down to signing the final paperwork with Ali in finance.
