Performance Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Centerville

In 1978 I purchased a Jeep CJ7, driving to Toledo to pick it up from the factory. I had it a few years. Before I retired I wanted to buy another 2-door, stick shift, soft top, red Wrangler. (Two-door is t it up from the factory. I had it a few years. Before I retired I wanted to buy another 2-door, stick shift, soft top, red Wrangler. (Two-door is the “Cowboy” Wrangler, only room for the cowboy and his cowgirl. Four-doors are for families!) Doug found one at his then dealership (with 23,000 miles). I purchased my used 2011 Jeep Wrangler from the predecessor of Performance in 2012 - Doug and Evan inspected it for me. I have followed Doug and Evan since then. Fortunately they returned to the same location after Performance acquired the dealership. I only trust them to service the Jeep. Doug recently promised to keep it maintained until I croak - I am a Senior. Both are great guys and Performance is very fortunate they work there. Thank you Doug and Evan!! More

Dealership experience was average. They received the car but took over 10 days to detail and put it through service knowing they had a potential buyer. Dealerships are in the business to make money so why wouldn't they push for the car to be ready? Asked the salesman to have it detailed again since there was trash in the truck and that was not done. Sales individual was nice and kept me up to date with the car but under delivered when it came to overall experience. Finance manager was courteous and pleasant to work with, hard to get that in this industry. Overall, not a great experience but not a bad one. Just average. More

Brett was an absolute professional. Immediately after arriving I was thrown back by how many vehicles this place had on the lot. INSANE. I knew what truck I wanted and 3 minutes after arriving he had me test driving it. Then an hour (and many papers) later I took it home. Incredibly speedy, and I was impressed as much effort went into selling a used car as would a new car....I've not experienced the same from other local dealers. I'll be coming back! If you're buying a ram you would be disappointed going anywhere else - ask for Brett! More
