My mother bought her Jeep new at Performance. She drives very little. Her 2019 Jeep Cherokee only has 4,700 miles. The woman who made the appointment verified that no work had been done on the suv and indicated that it would be free. However, when I checked in, the customer service rep said the offer had expired. First, I don’t like the misinformation, and secondly I don’t believe it was good customer service given the low mileage. I asked to speak to the manager and they indicated he was not in today. I know that I will look elsewhere to purchase a new car. This left a very bad impression on me and said nothing for goodwill. More
