The woman who made the appointment verified that no work had been done on the suv and indicated that it would be free. However, when I checked in, the customer service rep said the offer had expired. First, I don’t like the misinformation, and secondly I don’t believe it was good customer service given the low mileage. I asked to speak to the manager and they indicated he was not in today. I know that I will look elsewhere to purchase a new car. This left a very bad impression on me and said nothing for goodwill. More
