This is my second car I've purchased from performance and I would honestly never trust any other place other than performance to buy a vehicle from. Not only was my salesman, Kyle Dooley nothing short of ama I would honestly never trust any other place other than performance to buy a vehicle from. Not only was my salesman, Kyle Dooley nothing short of amazing, but I also received free car washes for life for purchasing my vehicle. Work with Alyssa who was awesome. My wife had called two days prior and spoke with jake who was an absolute jerk, kinda turned us away a bit but I’m glad I called and got someone different. I do not recommend this dealership. I took my car in for service and they had it for 2 weeks and never once contacted me even after I left numerous messages. When I did get my car back the turn signal wasn service and they had it for 2 weeks and never once contacted me even after I left numerous messages. When I did get my car back the turn signal wasn't working (they replaced my headlight). You would think that is something that they would have checked before giving me my car back. Also when you turn on the car and error message comes on telling you that the turn signal is malfunctioning. The person who drove my car to me should have noticed that and not let me take the car until that was fixed. More

This is by the worst service experience I've ever had. It all started when they changed my transmission fluid which created an engine light warning. I've brought the truck back four times to fix the prob It all started when they changed my transmission fluid which created an engine light warning. I've brought the truck back four times to fix the problem only to have the engine light come back on again. To add salt to the wound I called the service manager 7 times over the last several weeks with no call back. I even had the secretary email him and I got no response. The last time I called one of the service guys promised he would call me and nothing. I've lost two days of work for nothing. The least they could do at this point is get their lead mechanic on this and offer me a free rental truck for all the grief they've bestowed on me. The way I've been treated is totally unacceptable. I've been totally ignored up to this point. More
