Another bad experience w/service The old saying, fool me once shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. Unfortunately I have had several bad experiences with this service department. This is the second time where the tech has left oil all over the interior and hood of our SUV (amongst other issues I have had in the past year). This is completely my fault for taking it back to this dealership. Will not be back. Can’t believe Chrysler hasn’t taken their licensing away from them. More

Wait Time Disappointed I am a regular customer and have usually been satisfied, But this past time was very unhappy!!! I called and "scheduled" an appointment, however it took over an 1 1/2 or more...they came in and told me I needed a new air filter, which I questioned, and was told they would be back. I waited and waited and I had to go out to see what was going on, and was told "oops, they had the wrong car"...?? Then, they all were taking a break to eat their breakfast. Then!! I found out they were taking the drive in people before doing mine...totally unacceptable... I was not happy More

Was told when I leased Jeep oil change and tire rotation was free for the first two years, not true. More

One of the best car purchase experiences, *ever* We went to look at a used truck that we found online. We were greeted immediately by saleswoman, Lois, who went to get the truck for us. After test driving and deciding this was a good fit, we completed the paperwork, met Omar the sales manager and Carmen, business manager. Everyone was low key, no pressure, pleasant as could be. The truck was clean inside and out when we picked it up a couple days later. Absolutely recommend 100%. We'll be back for sure. More
