I told Teresa all I wanted in the car & I thought it would be quite a wile. Nope is was quicker then I thought. Teresa was very quick at locating what I was looking for, she came back with a few car options for me. I picked witch car I wanted and she was ontop of it. Within a couple days it was at the dealership ready to go. I was able to get the same sale price at the dealership and I got a fair price for my trade in. I even searched all over the internet for prices on my 2018 challenger to sell and performance was right there on the money. The whole process of getting the car i wanted and delivered to the dealership was flawless. Teresa has really looked out for me & got me in Both the Truck and car I wanted without any problems. 2 NEW vehicals in 20 days. Thanks to Teresa for making my Big shopping spree happen at the prices I was happy with. Since I bought 2 i should be able to leave 2 reviews. I live In NW Ohio and have had a lot of bad experiences over my life with the Ram/Dodge dealers in the area Expecialy at the Findlay Ram/Dodge dealer. I highly Recommend anyone in NW ohio who is not happy with the dealers to give Performance CJDR Deleware OH a try & call Teresa Kirby. She has done a fantastic job at selling me my last 2 new cars and 1 truck. I gave her the details and the price I was willing to Pay. by 10:10 am she called me back after talking things over with Brad and that they would go ahead and accept it. I drove down to Deleware from Findlay. Teresa had the Truck ready on the spot for a drive. she went over ALL the different functions of the truck. After the test drive i completed all the paperwork and financing ( the finacing guy that gets the loans was great and very nice). Teresa did the final set up of the truck, help me pair my phone, set up the Ram App to connecting to the Truck, went over all the setting and answered every question I had. This is the first time I ever bought a truck this advanced. I would have been so lost without Teresa's help. she let me take all the time I needed and I never felt rushed. Thank you so much Teresa you helped me get through this purchase so easy I definitely could not have done it without you. More

Horrible company, I would give them zero stars if I could. We purchased a car from them last night from George at 7:40pm Ohio time. I asked George if he needed a credit card to hold hot or if we neede could. We purchased a car from them last night from George at 7:40pm Ohio time. George told us we did not have to do anything else he would come in tomorrow morning and get it all finished up for us. So I could go ahead and get started figuring out getting it transported to where we live, Arizona. When he went in to day and was doing the popper work the manager Mike Clark decided to take another deal because that person would finance with them and they would get a kick back from the bank for the purchase. I had already secured transportation and all we needed from them was their wiring directions to transfer the money. We were contacted by George this morning letting us know the manager had decided to take the other deal that came in today (we had a done deal last night remember) and screw us over for a few hundred more dollars. I called to talk to Mike and he hung up on me, I called back and he refused. to take my call. I proceeded to call back and ask for the General manager who was out this morning but would be in in the afternoon, I'm still waiting for that call, its 8:30pm Ohio time while I am typing this review. I continued to call back and Mike did finally take my call and told me he didn't care that I had a deal and had done all that, the buyer was from Dayton and he was on his way. So I guess if they get a buyer from Ohio everyone else from around the country is kicked out. I would never send anyone to this dealership, they are a complete joke to deal with. Paying cash for a 2015 Hellcat Challenger to them is a bad thing. More

I have been to this dealership twice. The first time was to lease a car for my son, they gave us the complete run around. we ended up walking out. DO NOTDO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP! They have no concept of customer service after you leave the lot. Their service manager ever threatened to assault a friend of mine when she pointed out the her dopey son had installed components on her vehicle incorrectly! This dealership has been doing a warranty paint repair on my brand new 2022 Challenger for OVER A MONTH! When I try to call to check on the status, they treat me like garbage. This is not what to expect when you spend 70k on a new vehicle. They should have been contacting me every two-three days at least to let me know when my vehicle would be finished. If I ever actually get me car back in my possession, I xxxx sure won't be taking it there. My salesperson was very good to me, but I had know idea the nightmare that was waiting for me when I had to have warranty work done. Avoid this joke of a dealership at all costs! More

Sales staff was excellent got me in the gladiator I wanted service on the other hand is not up to par. First problem was the charging system had it towed in couldn’t duplicate the problem had them chec wanted service on the other hand is not up to par. Picked it up the oil light came on and the engine was making noise had it towed in it was overfilled with oil they drained and replaced the oil said it wasn’t making any abnormal noise picked it back up before made it home it was making intermittent engine noise took it back in to have them say they can’t duplicate the noise so I called Jeep and they didn’t have any concern about it and said to deal with the dealer that when it brakes down to just have it towed in. No one seams to care about the inconvenience or the fact they don’t have loaner cars available for things like this just a pain to have them tell you to rent a vehicle while there’s that many issue it’s a new one. NO REASON TO HAVE MORE TOWS THAN OIL CHANGES More

The vehicle was every bit as nice as described and, unlike so many dealers that add phony dealer fees and charges to the so-called price, their advertised price was what we paid. My wife flew to Ohio to pick the car up. They were so helpful to her in getting the car ready for a safe drive home. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! More
