Sales staff was excellent got me in the gladiator I wanted service on the other hand is not up to par. First problem was the charging system had it towed in couldn’t duplicate the problem had them chec wanted service on the other hand is not up to par. First problem was the charging system had it towed in couldn’t duplicate the problem had them check the backup camera had to order parts back ordered not there fault and change the oil. Picked it up the oil light came on and the engine was making noise had it towed in it was overfilled with oil they drained and replaced the oil said it wasn’t making any abnormal noise picked it back up before made it home it was making intermittent engine noise took it back in to have them say they can’t duplicate the noise so I called Jeep and they didn’t have any concern about it and said to deal with the dealer that when it brakes down to just have it towed in. No one seams to care about the inconvenience or the fact they don’t have loaner cars available for things like this just a pain to have them tell you to rent a vehicle while there’s that many issue it’s a new one. NO REASON TO HAVE MORE TOWS THAN OIL CHANGES More

The vehicle was every bit as nice as described and, unlike so many dealers that add phony dealer fees and charges to the so-called price, their advertised price was what we paid. Just picked up my 2018 Jeep Wrangler at Performance Jeep. I have had an issue with the passenger door lock system under warranty. This started over 6 months ago. I took it in and they said it needed Jeep. I have had an issue with the passenger door lock system under warranty. This started over 6 months ago. I took it in and they said it needed a part that was on back order due to Covid. I can understand that so let me know when it comes in, which took months. Had to keep calling because they didn't. Eventually it came in, but it didn't fix the problem. Need another part they say, so we go and come back weeks later. Part comes in and again problem remains. we need a new part they say so we leave and and come back on Wednesday and still not fixed, so they kept it. Thursday no call, I call them and no call back from any service person. Told service was open until 7 by their operator and drive there for some answers only to find the service department closes at 6. My car still torn apart and no knows anything. Salesman said he would have Cody in service call me at 8:30 when he was planning on coming in on Friday. I called at 11 am after nobody called. Spoke with Cody who offered little other than he thought the car was going to be done soon they were putting it back together. Didn't feel he understood how frustrated I was and asked for the manager. He did call and we played phone tag 2 times and then he didn't return my 2 calls after. I drove there to find my car done and hopefully repaired. Knowing how irritated I was I thought they would at least wash it, but clearly going above and beyond or giving an extra effort was not even considered. I did see Josh Smiley the service manager who offered to gas up my car, but he missed his opportunity to make up for poor communication and service and pretty empty gesture since the tank was almost full. No sincere apology or effort. Poor Performance Jeep. I guess buying there doesn't matter. Disappointed and would not recommend. Don Rohl More

My Pacifica is there getting the sunroof shade fixed. They have had it for about 3 weeks. I have had to wait because they keep saying it need's more parts and every part it need's is on back order. That isn't the bad part, I can deal with that however, I drove down there Monday morning to check on it only to find that it has been sitting outside with the Sunroof open for 4-5 day's. During those day's it has rained and been cold. Sunday it rained the entire day! My van interior is ruined! There is water everywhere. The DVD players had water coming out of them. My heated and ventilated seat's are completely soaked and I am sure there will be a bunch of electrical issues! I am not happy! The service manager is off this week and so is the GM. My advisor doesn't answer or call me back either. I need to hear from someone with some authority right away. You all have my information! More
So I had a low voltage issue with the ABS unit. The dealership claimed it was the battery (that was 1.5 years old) and said the tested it and it was only putting out half of the cold cranking amps it w dealership claimed it was the battery (that was 1.5 years old) and said the tested it and it was only putting out half of the cold cranking amps it was supposed to. I pushed them hard on this to make absolutely certain the battery was a problem and they confirmed it was. After having the battery replaced I took the old one back to the place I bought it. They tested it and showed me it was fine. I'm so incredibly disappointed in this company and will never do business with them again. More
