Sales is good, service...not so much To make a long story short the brand new vehicle our company purchased experienced a manufacturer defect which was incorrectly repaired by the dealers To make a long story short the brand new vehicle our company purchased experienced a manufacturer defect which was incorrectly repaired by the dealership causing a repeat failure of the same system. This resulted in our company being unable to use the vehicle for a total of more than 3 weeks. Although the issue was ultimately made right by the GM there was never a time when we felt the service manager owned the issue or understood the reason for our frustrations. While we plan to add additional vehicles of the same make and model to our fleet, we will not be purchasing them from Performance group. More
