Zero Customer Service This dealership has no customer service skills. I had just recently moved to the area from out of state and chose the dealer strictly based on locatio This dealership has no customer service skills. I had just recently moved to the area from out of state and chose the dealer strictly based on location as I had an issue with my locks not working on my jeep. I called the phone number listed on THEIR website for a whole hour (during their listed open hours) and no one answered the phone. When someone at the reception desk answered, she forwarded me to service to schedule an appointment, and guess what? No answer. I drove down to the dealer to schedule an appointment where they did not listen to the issue I was having and instead insisted I make an appointment (at the convenience of their schedule, not mine) before they would listen to the issue/take a look at my vehicle. They did not offer me service times and the soonest they could get me in was nearly two weeks away. For a fix that would take 20 minutes!! (I had already called my old dealer by this point who had heard of this issue and told me it was a quick fix). I had a new issue upon getting my car back from this dealer and when I called them to she duke yet another appointment, I was forwarded to service and kept getting voicemail. The messages I left were all unanswered. Yet a week later I get a call from their New Sales department saying I had requested information on a new vehicle. Their is no organization at this establishment and they do not know how to take care of or follow up with their customers. I will NOT be coming back. More

I've been trying to get in touch with them for 3 month and get the same thing " answering machine, and I'll be sure to get back with you" never got a call back from anyone Don't let them say they put in a order for something for you in the parts department before you purchase your vehicle. If so check before you finish your paper work, because they just say that to to hurry up and make the sale .....they really didn't put in a order for anything More

When I arrived at the dealership to test drive the car, Joe was extremely helpful and was able to answer all my questions. I decided to purchase the car and the entire transaction was nearly seamless. My entire experience was outstanding they are a great bunch of people (especially the detail shop guys). His knowledge on every feature of my vehicle was very impressive. He was very patient while I took my time deciding the precise vehicle which suited my needs. Once selecting the one for me Drew's attentiveness, thats typically not seen in this industry, was on point. At no time did I sat alone in the show room for an extended amount of time. That was refreshing to feel like my business was welcomed. Along with that, Everyone in the dealership was very polite and greeted me by saying hello, whether it was other sales associates or finance managers just passing by, or technicians who were just passing by on their way to break. everyone was very polite & insured to create a welcoming environment. Donna with was also so easy to talk to and explain future services on my vehicle. I would recommend, rather I would HIGHLY recommend performance to my friends and family or any other customers interested in Jeep Chrysler dodge or Ram. More

Completely Satisfied, Awesome Customer Service I can't say enough great things about Performance. I had been looking for a Jeep Cherokee for a few weeks after my previous car had an unexpected prob I can't say enough great things about Performance. I had been looking for a Jeep Cherokee for a few weeks after my previous car had an unexpected problem and needed to be fixed. I had decided at that point that I wanted to trade the car in, but was having difficulty finding a dealership who would work with me considering that my trade-in needed some work done. Once I talked to Drew Ballenger and Drew Haag I knew that I wanted to do business with Performance. Drew Haag was very understanding of my situation and was open to work with me so I was able to get the best deal possible considering my circumstances. Drew Ballenger was with me every step of the way, even when I got onto the lot and realized that I wanted a different car than what we had originally discussed. Drew Ballenger took significant time out of his days for the past few weeks to make sure that I was doing well with the car and immediately answered all of my questions just through a simple text. It's this kind of customer service that will ensure that I go back to Performance for many years to come. In addition, they had one of the largest lots of Jeeps that I have seen in central Ohio--certainly something to keep in mind when you aren't sure which car you want. Again, Drew Haag and Drew Ballenger went above and beyond to make sure that I was a happy customer. I can't say enough great things about them or Performance. More
Customer service I called the salesman about a problem with the vehicle I bought and I was told he would get back with me, but never did. I called again and was sent to voicemail so I left a voicemail expecting to get called back, but never did. I called again just to see if he would answer and of course he didn't. I called the managers call phone and still got sent to voicemail. I eventually got a call back and they are going to work with me on my problem which I am happy about. More
