Every time I go in with having an appointment I am there all day waiting on my vehicle. I only had an oil change and radiator flush. My appointment was at 10:45 and I did not get out of there till 3:45 in t all day waiting on my vehicle. I only had an oil change and radiator flush. I asked where my vehicle was in line at noon. It was not in the bay yet. This happens every time I do service here. I have not used them in a long time and let my spouse talk me into going there for service. I should have gone around the corner to Midas— they always get me done quickly even if I am a walk in. If it will take hours, they let me know up front. Communication at Performance was lacking. I prompted all the communication. Never again. More
