🚨 DO NOT GO HERE — Read Before You Bring Your Car In! 🚨 I’ve tried to give this dealership’s service department the benefit of the doubt multiple times — both for my personal car and through my compa 🚨 I’ve tried to give this dealership’s service department the benefit of the doubt multiple times — both for my personal car and through my company’s fleet — and every time, it’s been a disaster. I brought in a recently purchased car for a recall and diagnostic. Appointment was for 7AM — no follow-up until the next day. They sent a generic inspection video, but the advisor had no idea what parts were needed and told me my whole front end was loose. He told me to take it to a body shop. So I took it to Gerber Collision — they said the only issue was a single loose bolt on the radiator support. That’s it. Even they were shocked that Ford didn’t just tighten it on the spot. To make matters worse, my entire driver’s side was covered in grease — handprints, footprints — a total mess. They said they’d “detail it.” Yeah, right. I spoke to Dustin (service manager) who apologized, acknowledged other customers had the same issues, and promised they were “restructuring.” He asked for another chance. I agreed. Brought my car back. New advisor, better start… then it went downhill again. Two more weeks passed with barely any updates. The tech (who was actually great) told me the axle boot was torn and they’d give me a deal to fix it. I got a competing quote from Egan Auto (they’re fantastic, btw) and sent it to the advisor. They finally responded a day later, agreed to match it — but ignored my follow-up questions entirely. Left voicemails, texts, no response. Finally called Dustin again. This time? He blew me off and said he’d “use it as a training tool.” That’s it. They had my car two weeks and wasted my time, again. Bottom line: • Terrible communication • Unorganized • Sloppy, careless techs (grease everywhere) • Zero follow-through • Management doesn’t care ⚠️ Take your car to Egan Auto instead. Honest, fast, and professional. Night and day difference. More

Mis-diagnose problems, never finished on time and most of the visits they keep it for at least overnight. Worthless staff that doesn't care about anyone but themselves. Now Hiring signs everywhere - must be a great place to work if you are always hiring the bottom of the barrel mechanics to fill vacancies. This is why the ratings are so low - your hiring is terrible!. The turnover is so high nobody on the list here works there anymore - at least not at the desk. This is my last visit here except for next week when I take it back to have them fix what they worked on these past two days, More
Make a service appointment and when you get there they say it will be a few days to look at it so why make appointment in advance? And it is on a 2024 say it will be a few days to look at it so why make appointment in advance? And it is on a 2024 More
Flew out of state to buy a used car. Staff was less than friendly. I was never offered to test drive the car. Man that did the paperwork was mad because my husband was not there because I was told he could docusign. Not one person said thanks, shook my hand or anything. They didn't go over car with me once it was washed to make sure it was okay. It was the worst car buying experience of my life. More
BUYER BEWARE! !! Performance Lincoln Bountiful is selling used vehicles as new. Performance Lincoln Bountiful intentionally deceived and sold us a vehicle under !! Performance Lincoln Bountiful is selling used vehicles as new. Performance Lincoln Bountiful intentionally deceived and sold us a vehicle under false pretenses. During the buying process, we learned that the vehicle we were interested in had 1,300 miles. Prior to selecting this vehicle and signing the paperwork, we asked for assurance that the vehicle was considered new and that the warranty would start on the date of our purchase. We were assured of these two facts by the salesperson, the sales manager, and the finance manager. Otherwise, we would not have purchased the vehicle, as we explained multiple times to everyone we worked with at the dealership. A few days after purchasing the vehicle, we noticed that our account showed the vehicle’s warranty start date was almost a year prior to our purchase date. We immediately contacted the dealership to bring this to their attention. Over the next few weeks, we were assured again and again in writing that the warranty would start from our date of purchase, and at one point we were told that it had in fact been updated. However, that turned out to be lie. Several weeks later, we received a text from our salesperson stating that the vehicle was used internally, so the warranty started before our purchase. As you can imagine, we were shocked and amazed to learn this news. The dealership has since stopped all communication with us regarding this matter. In my continued efforts to get this resolved, I’ve contacted Jim Farley (CEO of Ford) and Dianne Craig (President of Lincoln) in hopes that they will do the right thing and resolve this expeditiously. We received one call from the executive office admitting that the dealership should have disclosed the truth about the warranty information, as well as deeply discounted the vehicle to compensate. Clearly neither of these occurred. As of the date of this review there has been no resolution. Keep an eye out for updates as I will not rest until this is made right. In the meantime, I will be alerting as many people as possible to the deceptive practices of this dealership to hopefully prevent someone else from having to go through this experience. More
The buying experience was pleasant, however they tack on so many additional fees and hidden charges it will eat your entire down payment. The service department is friendly and willing to help but everyone so many additional fees and hidden charges it will eat your entire down payment. The service department is friendly and willing to help but everyone else is not. after purchasing the truck we realized we had a headlight out, I’ve been over a week trying to get reimbursed for it. Also the extra protection plans and other garbage they essentially force you to buy are not worth having. Trying to file for a lost key that was supposedly covered under a protection plan has been more than a headache and I still don’t have a key. I will not be buying from them again More

Three weeks ago I had a problem with my gas pump and after 8 days and charge of 1800$, they repair the problem but another two problem appear. First very bad gas smell in cabin and second the climate control gone. Again I report it the same hour and like before no any action. I took my car two days ago to the dealer after appointment to the dealer for fix the gas smell and just hour ago they send a message my car is ready. When I going to my car again the same problem of gas smell and about the climate control they said they do not touch it and did not take any responsibility. For 35 years I had different model of Lincoln and perfect car but just three times I going to this dealer and they change my mind. I remember about Steve Jobs when He choose the name of appel for the company all partner told him it is not a professional name for business and he answered " IF YOU HAVE THE WORST PRODUCT AND SUPPORT IT VERY WELL YOU WILL SUCCEED, AND IF YOU HAVE THE BEST PRODUCT WITHOUT SERVICE AND SUPPORT YOU WONT SUCCEED". And this is a story of this dealer. The problem is, the personnel received a salary without pay attention to anything include of responsibility and customer care, but one private mechanic needs the customer coming back so they care about you and the service which gave to you. I understand a dealer has a cost and the price for a reason is acceptable , but follow of that they must be accept the responsibility and care about customer. With best regards Garnik More
