I called in asking for information about the warranty I
bought with my new ford. I asked for Natalie or anyone I could speak to about the name of the warranty company. The lady who answered the phone (who

She said “Natalie isn’t here, you need to wait till Monday.” I then asked if there was a finance manager I could speak to about it, and she simply said “no.” I asked if they had finance managers working on Saturdays, and she said “well, yeah but they’re all busy. You need to wait till Monday.” I asked if there was anyone I could speak to about who the warranty company might be, and she told me to hold on and transferred me to A FINANCE MANAGER.
I was sent to the finance managers voicemail three times. I called back again, but this time the receptionist answered and immediately slammed the phone down and hung up. I called back one more time, and she answered saying very snooty “PERFORMANCE FORD.” I again explained that I was still needing to talk to someone about who the warranty company is. She said “No, there isn’t anyone available. Your best bet is to wait till Monday.” Then she slammed the phone down to hang up.
I am EXTREMELY upset about the quality of service that I received. I was nothing short of reasonable and respectful in asking a very simple question about my warranty. After spending $30K+ on a brand new car, I expect nothing less than absolute quality service and respect.
