We’ve been customers of Willey’s for many years. Our recent visit was for “the works” along with emissions and registration. I prefer to wait. Shay gave me an estimated time, which I appreciate. He returned a bit later and told me there was a recall ( I’m aware of a few- remedy not available), so it would be a bit longer than anticipated, BUT remedy IS available for this , so that matter was corrected. Kudos to Shay for catching that, and letting me know. That is the first time meeting Shay and I’m impressed with his work ethic, professional manner he gets the job done. We’ll be back when the remedies for the other recalls are available. I hope Shay will be our service advisor. He’s an asset to Performance Ford. More
