These reviews can't be true, is what I used to think. ....1st. I did most if my legwork online with Isaac in regards to getting a ballpark number for my trade in. 2nd and most importantly (to me), they h ....1st. Isaac was great and with the 8in of snow on the lot did his best to get the cars ready for me. 3. It's at this point, IMO, that dealerships earn their reputation. FINANCING. The backroom haggle. Not here.. Ghassan puts the FUN in FINANCING, if you misspell it of course. He's a one man show. Entertaining you while you wait in the lobby and working the numbers when you're in the office. You should give them a look if you're dredding the whole "car lot thing". We'll definitely be back when it's time to replace the cars after the kids take them. Cheers. More
I had a fantastic experience trading in, and purchasing, vehicles at this dealership. The negotiations were straight forward (no games) throughout the whole process. He seriously went above and beyond, while making everything comfortable and it made me feel just great (no buyer remorse here, I am thrilled) that I got a great car and at a great price, AND received awesome service deals to boot. I highly recommend this dealership and their salesman, Dean Betz! More
Took my truck in for a check engine light, three days later still not fixed. The truck sat in their parking lot and wasn’t looked at, the service person I was working with wouldn’t return phone calls to later still not fixed. I called in asking for information about the warranty I bought with my new ford. I asked for Natalie or anyone I could speak to about the name of the warranty company. The lady who answered the phone (who bought with my new ford. I asked for Natalie or anyone I could speak to about the name of the warranty company. The lady who answered the phone (who never mentioned their name) had attitude and a tone in her voice that I really didn’t appreciate or care for. She said “Natalie isn’t here, you need to wait till Monday.” I then asked if there was a finance manager I could speak to about it, and she simply said “no.” I asked if they had finance managers working on Saturdays, and she said “well, yeah but they’re all busy. You need to wait till Monday.” I asked if there was anyone I could speak to about who the warranty company might be, and she told me to hold on and transferred me to A FINANCE MANAGER. I was sent to the finance managers voicemail three times. I called back again, but this time the receptionist answered and immediately slammed the phone down and hung up. I called back one more time, and she answered saying very snooty “PERFORMANCE FORD.” I again explained that I was still needing to talk to someone about who the warranty company is. She said “No, there isn’t anyone available. Your best bet is to wait till Monday.” Then she slammed the phone down to hang up. I am EXTREMELY upset about the quality of service that I received. I was nothing short of reasonable and respectful in asking a very simple question about my warranty. After spending $30K+ on a brand new car, I expect nothing less than absolute quality service and respect. More
The entire process as a whole was decent, there was just really one point I took issue with. The dealership was great to work with on my trade and the price was fair for my purchase. The only part(s) that were a huge disappointment were the fact that the Jeep was not thoroughly cleaned despite the additional 45 minute wait after signing all the paperwork with the salesman telling me it would only be another 10-15 minutes while they cleaned the car. When I cleaned the car myself that afternoon, I removed quite a bit of grime from the steering wheel & doors and also found a corn nut in the floorboard along with other debris. So what were they doing while I was being told it was being cleaned? It was also disappointing the gas tank wasn’t filled up and I left with only just under half a tank. There was no hassle on pricing or on my trade so I would still rate it a good experience, but don’t expect them to go the extra mile or sanitize your vehicle. I More

Great experience! From Dean Betz greeting me at my car, until leaving with a hard to find vehicle. He was very knowledgeable on Ford vehicles as well as others! I purchased a 2021 Ford Escape Hybrid on 12/02/21. I have been trying to get my license plates from them for the past week. No one takes follows up. I have been told twice they wold be overnighted to me, as my temp has been expired for several days. I have left messages for Joe Jones, sales, Jared, sales manager, with no follow up. I have also left messages for the title folks, signed new title paperwork since they didn't do it correctly the first time. Crystal, the receptionist , and Taylor in service are the only ones who have made a real effort to help. Tomorrow is day 9 that I have been trying to get the plates or some follow up. More
