Three weeks ago I had a problem with my gas pump and after 8 days and charge of 1800$, they repair the problem but another two problem appear. First very bad gas smell in cabin and second the climate control gone. Again I report it the same hour and like before no any action. I took my car two days ago to the dealer after appointment to the dealer for fix the gas smell and just hour ago they send a message my car is ready. When I going to my car again the same problem of gas smell and about the climate control they said they do not touch it and did not take any responsibility. For 35 years I had different model of Lincoln and perfect car but just three times I going to this dealer and they change my mind. I remember about Steve Jobs when He choose the name of appel for the company all partner told him it is not a professional name for business and he answered " IF YOU HAVE THE WORST PRODUCT AND SUPPORT IT VERY WELL YOU WILL SUCCEED, AND IF YOU HAVE THE BEST PRODUCT WITHOUT SERVICE AND SUPPORT YOU WONT SUCCEED". And this is a story of this dealer. The problem is, the personnel received a salary without pay attention to anything include of responsibility and customer care, but one private mechanic needs the customer coming back so they care about you and the service which gave to you. I understand a dealer has a cost and the price for a reason is acceptable , but follow of that they must be accept the responsibility and care about customer. With best regards Garnik More

BEWARE OF THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. Service staff is not what you’d expect from a top tier Ford dealership. Completed an oil change and they left the oil filler cap off. Fortunately the Service staff is not what you’d expect from a top tier Ford dealership. Completed an oil change and they left the oil filler cap off. Fortunately the check engine light prompted me to discover this before any damage was done to the engine. Had to waist time and come back to get a new cap. Took 40 min for them to put the cap on and check the oil level. Also the staff are not knowledgeable, I asked when I brought it in for the oil change if he could remind me what the Ford recommendation is for miles between oil changes as the sticker they put from the previous oil change was 10k mikes but my F150 said I had 41% oil life left and I was right at 10k since my last change. He said the recommendation is every 3 to 5k. WRONG, I pulled the manual out and it’s every 7500 to 10k (5k for heavy use pulling often) he should have asked me how I drive/use the truck before trying to mislead me into more frequent oil changes than necessary. (first oil change return sticker was 10k, this one is now 5k) wow! The other frustrating thing was I scheduled an appointment and I said I’d like to wait, would it take 45 min to 1 hour? I was told it would take minimum 2 hours to do the oil change, which was unexpected for having a scheduled appointment. So I had someone pick me up only to get a call exactly 1 hr later that it was ready. No apologies and Incompetence at every point. More

Service technician cleaned my map sensor for $217 (1 hour labor $180 plus $22 for hazardous material disposal). Would have been better and cheaper to replace the unit in 15 minutes. Traded in a paid off car for another. The deal was to get $5k cash back on top of the trade as we got a cheaper car. They told us the check would be ready to pick up within 10 days. Texted, called, they said they would have someone call back multiple days and no one. Finally got in touch with Dave and he said he would make it a priority 5 days later when Dave said he would have it done by he’s nowhere to be found and a different Dave said they did their part. Basically they got what they wanted, told us what we wanted to hear, said they were gonna do this and that and didn’t do it. On top of everything the car we traded in for had the check engine light come on the very next day. We wouldn’t even have done the deal if we knew it was going to come with horrible customer service and our check wasn’t going to be ready when they said. Save your time. Go elsewhere. More

I was lied to multiple times in the car purchase process. Told I could put a deposit on a car. Then told by someone else they didn't do that for in-state buyers. I did most if my legwork online with Isaac in regards to getting a ballpark number for my trade in. 2nd and most importantly (to me), they h ....1st. Isaac was great and with the 8in of snow on the lot did his best to get the cars ready for me. 3. It's at this point, IMO, that dealerships earn their reputation. FINANCING. The backroom haggle. Not here.. Ghassan puts the FUN in FINANCING, if you misspell it of course. He's a one man show. Entertaining you while you wait in the lobby and working the numbers when you're in the office. You should give them a look if you're dredding the whole "car lot thing". We'll definitely be back when it's time to replace the cars after the kids take them. Cheers. More

The negotiations were straight forward (no games) throughout the whole process. He seriously went above and beyond, while making everything comfortable and it made me feel just great (no buyer remorse here, I am thrilled) that I got a great car and at a great price, AND received awesome service deals to boot.
