They worked really hard! I drove from 4 hours away to purchase a particular Escape I saw online. I was tired and starting to get a cold by the time we arrived from Grand Junction and had been communicating with a rep at another dealer who I thought was at Performance Ford. Gavin took good care of me and stayed late to try to get me the best deal he could. When we couldn't quite make the deal happen, they were very gracious and understood that I did not feel well and just wanted to get home and in bed. I appreciated them trying and how friendly and hard-working they both were! More

They had switch of personnel and then all of a sudden the truck was not available. They wasted 3-4 hours play this game. Would not recommend to anyone. Very disappointed !!!! More

This time however, I decided to give it a chance. I'm glad I did. It was a pleasant interaction from the first moment I contacted them to the moment I drove off the lot. While all of the team seemed great, I have to give a special thanks to Gavin. He took me on the test drive, and then stayed with me to help smooth the transaction. He was able to answer all my questions and was extremely accommodating. After the paperwork was signed and it was time to go, he spent extra time explaining the car's various features to me, making sure I wouldn't have any trouble driving it home. He not only showed us what we asked for but showed us several different options as well. After we found what we were looking for, he bent over backwards making sure we got exactly what we wanted.
