Buyer Beware! Just leased ford escape plug in hybrid and very disappointed being misled on battery mileage estimates. Had 2022 escape plug in hybrid and was getting 35-40 miles on battery alone and explained to salesman that is what I expected from new vehicle. Sticker says 0-37 miles on battery and you will be lucky to get half. Sales manager says ford tells them the 37 miles is realistic and expected that due to my previous vehicle. NOT TRUE! Service department knows this and my car was in for a day and a half and was told there is nothing wrong except what ford tells you. Big disconnect there. Service department did not keep me updated on progress as they said they would and I continually had to contact them. WILL NEVER BE BACK!! More
