I've had either a Ford or Lincoln for about a decade, and I've always had a great experience here... Until now. I went in to trade in but the sales rep had nothing on there lot and he wasn't interested in w I've always had a great experience here... Until now. I went in to trade in but the sales rep had nothing on there lot and he wasn't interested in working out numbers. So we left. I went back a few days later to see if they would just buy my car, outright from the lease. I spoke with the manager Eric because he was great to work with when I leased the car. Eric agreed to buy my car for the cost of the buy-out from the lease. Unfortunately, he said it was Saturday and I was told the guy that finishes the deal on there back end wasn't there, so we scheduled for Monday. I went back and Eric was not there so another helped. I explained what I was told and he talked to the GM. This rep gave me a $4,000 LOWER offer and tried to get me to cover the difference. He told me the GM there that day was only offering $x for the car. Then I got a call from a Rob to trade my lease in and he promised to get back to me. He never did. Then a David reached out to me to trade my lease in. It's as if they don't talk to each other there. I explained the situation through now. David then promised to be my contact and will try to work out a deal. Still haven't heard back. I called and left him and Eric a message and no one has returned my call as of yet. More

Having worked in the area I am very aware of performance Ford Lincoln. I noticed the Ford bronco commercial on tv and loved the look of it. It is not a typical suv.
