I purchased a Premium Maintenance Plan When I bought by 2017 Ford Explorer new. When I purchased it, the finance manager told me all maintenance and wear items were covered except tires. This included oil 2017 Ford Explorer new. When I purchased it, the finance manager told me all maintenance and wear items were covered except tires. This included oil changes, tire rotations, wipers, brakes, rotors, etc. Three years later, coming up to my first need to replace rotors, service is telling me replacement is not covered, only tear down. The finance managers need to make a point to be specific on what's covered and what is not, instead of misleading their customers into expensive maintenance plans that don't cover what they say. According to service this is not the first time sales has misled customers on the maintenance plans. Disappointed in sales trying to make a quick dollar misleading their customers. More
