I had to pay twice for rear brakes after only 3000 miles The rear brakes on my 2010 Fusion failed in March 2018. The rotors and pads were replaced by the dealer at my expense. When the rear brakes failed a The rear brakes on my 2010 Fusion failed in March 2018. The rotors and pads were replaced by the dealer at my expense. When the rear brakes failed again in November 2018 with 3000 additional miles on the vehicle I returned to the dealer. I was told the caliper on one side rusted out causing the destruction of the recently replaced parts and the dealer required me to pay again for the labor and replacement rotor. It seems that if the caliper was in such bad condition it should have been diagnosed in March. I feel cheated out of several hundred dollars for the second rotor replacement and associated labor cost. I will not use Performance service again. More
