They didn't have the exact car that I wanted on the lot but were able to let me test drive a compar Excellent service when shopping for my new Fusion. They didn't have the exact car that I wanted on the lot but were able to let me test drive a comparable vehicle before getting the car I wanted from their remote lot. During negotiations, there were no games and my salesman, Ed Z., did everything he could to give me the best price. Every incentive was applied correctly including one that I didn't even know I was eligible for. The terms were settled quickly and the turnaround to get the car was quicker than anticipated. Their credit department also didn't try to pull any fast ones such as screwing slightly with the terms after they were agreed to which I have experienced at other dealerships. The Delivery Coordinator, Joseph Boscarino, made sure to go over the things I needed to know while respecting that I've had plenty of experience with Ford's infotainment systems so I didn't need to have everything explained to me. Overall, a great experience and I look forward to doing another transaction with them again. More

We were greeted by Will LeGault who was friendly, smart and efficient. After looking at the 2014 Fusion on the showroom floor, we worked with Will to get a price we found acceptable. He was patient and never pushy. After we decided to the purchase the car, we sat with Joe in the Finance department who was also pretty terrific. Finally, we were introduced to Joe Boscarino who gave us all the information and tutorials on operating the vehicle. He was also great at his job. All around, the people we met at this dealership were friendly and attentive. I recommend this dealership and the Ford family of automobiles. More

He truly knows a lot about the cars he is selling. I am a car guy and tend to ask a lot of technical questions. Jimmy answered all my questions without hesitation. Our experience ended with Joe Boscarino, delivery coordinator, who explained how to use all the high tech features, especially the on screen and navigation features. This was very helpful. More
