The buying experience for my new F150 was honestly smooth, hassle-free and downright pleasant. Got the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted with everything being on the up and up. That's right, a pleasant experience negotiating and purchasing a new vehicle with no surprises or hidden fees. And yes, I have purchased many new vehicles the past 30 years and this by far was the best experience I ever had. Moveover, my salesman Jimmy Whorley was extremely knowledgeable, polite and eager to provide any assistance or answer any questions I had. As a side note, being an engineer I had many techinal questions. Jimmy also went above and beyond the call of duty and climbed into the bed of my truck after picking it up and and installed some cleats for me. Thanks again Jimmy, really impressive service, what more can I say! Like many buyers, I reviewed the ratings for this dealership prior to even contacting them. I can wholeheartedly say they met and even exceeded my high expectations and lived up to there name "Performance Ford" because the bottom line is they did perform. We walked out back and found the truck that suited our needs. We worked up pricing and came home to consider the offer. We were contacted by General Manager Christopher Ciresi who called us to make sure we were happy with our experience in the dealership. We went back to the dealership and signed the papers with Stacey and Chris for our new vehicle. Our vehicle was equipped with a snow plow and the general manager as well as the sales rep were outside with us making sure we knew all the ins and outs. We didn't get there till a bit later in the evening and they had no problem staying open later to make sure we were happy with everything. We were never rushed. Chris and Stacey are top notch in my book and if I am even in the market for another Ford, that is where I will be shopping. No pressure, No stress, No issues....Thanks From Cindy and Nick More

The car was buried in mountains of snow. He dug the car out and brought it to dealership for us. We bought that's car and now we're back with my son looking for cars for him. We got one.
