I dealt with a number of people at this Ford dealership and I cannot tell you how pleased I was with the service. Every single person I was in touch with at this dealership was friendly, courteous and wen and I cannot tell you how pleased I was with the service. Every single person I was in touch with at this dealership was friendly, courteous and went out of their way to make you feel comfortable. This was the most enjoyable experience buying/leasing a car that I have ever experienced. I never thought that I would say that about a dealership! From my salesperson, Steve to Chris in Finance to Brian showing me all about my car to Scott in Service the service was fantastic! There was a small scratch on my front bumper that Brian noticed. Since I had a time crunch the day I bought my car and took it home, Steve had my car picked up the next day, they replaced the bumper and he had the car brought back to me after hours so I had it to use the next day to go to work. I would not hesitate to send people to this dealership and I would go back again myself to get another car. More

Of the several dealerships I contacted, ONLY Performance was quick to respond, thorough in follow-up and no too pushy in making sure my needs were being met. I was asked several times if there was anything more they could do to assist me with my purchase. When I arrived onsite I was met by Steve Silverstein. I would have no problem recommending him to any of my friends or family. He was professional and detailed. Although car dealerships can be stressful for those of us not in the business, he was easy to communicate and work with. He made my experience as easy as possible, yet made sure I was getting what I wanted. I appreciated his candor regarding the various models, options, and my pricing options. When it is time for me to purchase another car, I would return to Performance and would hope to work with Steve again. More

I was approached by Steve Silverstein who was very customer service minded as well as friendly. I stated that I was only looking and was undecided as to which car I wanted to purchase. We sat down and Steve gave me all the facts and figures I needed as well as a test drive. I walked out that day feeling no pressure. A few days later Steve followed up with me and just to touch base as to where I stood with buying a car. Because I research any purchase I make to death Steve had to do a lot of follow up. He also took the time text me and called me just to inquire about how myself and my family did during tropical storm Sandy. Being in the service industry myself I was impressed with Steve. I feel that not only did I receive a fair price but was treated very well and I am looking forward to doing business with Performance Ford and Steve Bill Monahan More

My husband and I really dont enjoy buying cars...its always a headache. My husband went to the dealership by himself to surprise me with a f150....after I got my truck the very first thing was how impr always a headache. My husband went to the dealership by himself to surprise me with a f150....after I got my truck the very first thing was how impressed he was with Doug. He said that it was the first time a salesperson "just talked" and "listened" without trying to force a car down his throat. He was shocked that him and Doug actually had a conversation where Doug listened to what my husband wanted. He was very impressed to say the least...After I got my truck I went down and Brian spent so much time going over every detail (very patient) on my new truck and all the gadgets. What I also noticed when we went to meet Brian to go over everything is that almost every salesperson came up to my husband and asked how the suprise went and asked me how I liked my truck. You have a wonderful staff there and we will probably be buying another vechile in the next year and will definitely go there again. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!! Chuck and Maria Lyons More
Salesman Kevin Dean was very accomodating and followed through on questions and changes. Financing paperwork was handled professionly by Kris Los which eliminated all anxiety.
