DO NOT PLAN ON RETURNING HERE FOR ANY TYPE OF SERVICE. Do yourself a favor and go to any other dealer. I have never seen such incompetence and a less helpful service department. The fix was so minor I e Do yourself a favor and go to any other dealer. I have never seen such incompetence and a less helpful service department. The fix was so minor I ended up taking my truck home, ordering the part and doing the work myself (despite having to pay OOP) after a week of agony. Nobody reached out (except the salesman Steve) to ask how things went… funny how those customer survey emails only come out when they know they are getting a good review….. More

My experience at Performance Ford of East Hanover was incredible. I didn’t feel pressured at any point and most importantly, given the shortage of cars, they were able to find me a car that was perfect f incredible. I didn’t feel pressured at any point and most importantly, given the shortage of cars, they were able to find me a car that was perfect for me.!
