I had been thinking about purchasing a new economical car for quite some time. With the economy forcing all of us to look at the price of gas, good mileage and the price of repairs, I considered many types o for quite some time. (I had never owned one before). I liked the look of the CR-V so when I decided on a Honda- everyone I knew gave me the "Honda Shopping" advice to go to Willey Honda in Bountiful Utah. So one Saturday morning, I dropped by "just to look." I was greeted promptly by the kindest car salesman I have ever met. Alex Heaton was nice but not at all pushy. He stepped back and let me decide what I wanted. He just waited patiently. I loved that he explained Willey Honda's view and postion of no haggling or increasing/or hiding fees. The price you saw on this car sticker was the price you paid for the car. I liked that. After I decided to purchase the car, Alex saw me throught the entire car purchasing process. He never left me hanging or alone. The gentleman who assisted me with my financing was wonderful as well. He was kind, patient and actually shopped around for the best interset rate for me.
