Ron, I'm sorry, I don't remember the names of any of the service people. They did not introduce themselves, and generally said as few words as possible. If they were better communicators, I might have remembered them; but then my experience with Willey honda wouldn't have been so horrible. I did dig through my recent receipts, and found three from your service department. Two of the receipts list the name 'Tyler'. As far as I know I never met the actual service technicians; and I have no beef with them. The problems I experienced were with the people who sat at those little desks just in side the big garage door. , Josiah Luscher
