Great experience, from the time I arrived till the time it was time to leave because the car was finished being Service. Hayden was very professional listen to what my needs were got right on. All my pilot needed was an oil change and tire rotation I was in and out there within an hour. This is awesome Service. I’ve been coming here for a while. I purchased my first CRV from Jeff Wyler on Colerain. The engine had a problem they couldn’t figure it out so I bought it to Performance Honda. It was diagnosed and fixed that day ever since then I’ve been coming to Performance Honda, I have ended up buying three pilots from Performance Honda and the service that needed to be taken care of was awesome every time they treat me like a king up there and I really appreciate it when you get good service it makes your life so much easier thank you.. I worked with Josh Lang, he was great. I live over two hours away and was able to take care of almost everything over the phone. Only had a couple of issues when i arrived but Josh immed I live over two hours away and was able to take care of almost everything over the phone.
