Had a recall on a fuel pump. Dropped the car off at 7:00 AM. Internet suggests 2 - 3 hour installation and it took them over 8 hours to complete. They were also supposed to do a front seat belt replacement that never happened due to defective replacement materials. I was told at 10:30 AM that the fuel pump was almost finished and did not get the car back until 3:30 PM. Was told they don't have enough technicians, but that is their problem with underpaying them. Will NEVER set foot on their establishment again. More

Performance Honda in Fairfield was amazing. I made contact with Jenny Gladwell (who was awesome and so very helpful) about a notice I received in the mail about turning my current lease in and I made contact with Jenny Gladwell (who was awesome and so very helpful) about a notice I received in the mail about turning my current lease in and purchasing another lease. It was the fastest and most pleasant experience in returning a leased car and getting a new lease ever. From the time of the contact with Jenny that day, I was driving away within 2 or so hours with a new lease. A car lease has never happened that quickly for me before! Jenny was courteous, professional and thoughtful! She made sure that everything was great as far as my car choice, gave me all the details about it and went out of her way to make sure of explaining all the options to me before I drove away.
