Horrible experience. Bought a new car — got what I wanted but Jennifer was far from friendly or hospitable. A month later car payment due and I have no Information to pay. I sent an email and got a wanted but Jennifer was far from friendly or hospitable. A month later car payment due and I have no Information to pay. I sent an email and got a response that it’s on the way. Hello my payment is due tomorrow. Called and was told it’s really busy in the store so no one available. Have owned Honda’s for years. Not sure I’ll Ever buy one again after this fiasco I guess they don’t care about my Credit because I’ve already bought the car. Very disappointed More
