Total opposite, they ran my credit and submitted to the banks without my authorization! And via text I advised him of this! Still no phone call or text advising or telling me anything! And for Ross not even bothering to reach out is bad service! and went on and had them proceed without my approval shows they lack of customer satisfaction or appreciation! So I wouldn’t recommend personally anyone here for service based off my experience but I’m sure others will be treated different! No Thanks, Chris Charles More

They really tried to slam me. Had an offer online from the store for a Honda CR-V hybrid. They tried to refuse to honor the offer and claimed "that was not a contract". Fortunate for me that I had the E-mail from them saying that all I had to do was pick up the car. I like the car, the people were nice, but they sure tried to rake me over the coals on it. More
