Genuinely work to earn my business. Competitive pricing and honest, no pressure approach to sales. Went in knowing exactly what I wanted and at exactly what (reasonable) price I wanted to walk out with (including trade) and they made it happen. Great used car sales experience We worked with Eric to get a car. We spent several weeks looking at available cars and Eric would check on the cars we were interested in to be sure t We worked with Eric to get a car. We spent several weeks looking at available cars and Eric would check on the cars we were interested in to be sure they were non smoking cars. He understood the importance of that due to health issues. He was so willing to help us and treat us fairly. We had purchased a new car a few years ago and he helped with that and was great so we wanted to work with him again. Great place to buy a car. More

I took my van in for "B-1" service and a recall. As far as I know the service was completed.I would like to see a full service report detailing what was completed and any possible areas of concern. I would have appreciated a tire wear report,a brake pad measurement report and fluid report.I would have also liked to know the details of the recall fix. I get this type of information from other dealers and I think Performance Honda could do a better job giving the customer a good report on the condition of the vehicle and the work performed. I go to dealers for maintenance for their knowledge and reliability not price. Good reports on service calls help the customer maintain good vehicle records and confidence that all services paid for were performed. More
