After much research I found the vehicle I wanted last Monday at your dealership. I inquired online and Josh Hardwick responded within 15 minutes. This was the worst car buying experience I have ever had. The finance team was incompetent and so was the Sales rep Jennifer Gladwell. I have been leasing for 9 years and decided to buy my last lease (plus leased and purchases my wife's car) and you would have thought that I meant something to them. I went to many dealerships that the salesperson didn't even tell/show me anything with the vehicle I was interested in. They just took my license so I could do the test drive. It wasn't until I mentioned I needed to buy soon that they became interested. Kelsey took the time to ask me why I was there, walked me around the inside/outside of the vehicle to show me all the features. She even answered all of my silly questions and was very honest with me in letting me know that for what I want I needed to look at newer model or I would be disappointed. I took her advice and purchased a brand new SUV and couldn't be happier with my decision. More
