My wife and I were looking for a new Honda Fit with a trade in. Mike greeted us enthusiastically and listened quietly while we were explaining what we were looking for. After a brief discussion, he immediately brought out the car we were interested in for a test drive. Before letting us take the wheel, he showed us all the features of the car and made sure we knew how to use them. He also asked us if we were familiar with the area to make sure we didn't get lost. It was apparent that he was knowledgeable about the vehicle and wanted us to have a great test drive experience. After driving the vehicle and playing around with its features, we decided that this was the vehicle for us. Mike sat with us to work out a deal that my wife and I were comfortable with. He gave us a great discount on car and a fair trade in value. During the entire negotiation phase, he was patient and transparent. At no point did we feel any sense of pressure to buy or experience any questionable sales tactics. After we closed the deal, we came back to pick up the car and it was cleaned with a full tank of gas. The car looked absolutely pristine. Balloons were hung up on the side view mirrors with a large handwritten sign that said "Congratulations on the new car Amber!!!" sitting on the windshield. It's clear that he went above and beyond with nice finishing touches and shared in the excitement of our purchase. I later asked him how long he was in the business and he told me over two decades. This experience he had showed throughout our entire exchange. If you want an old school salesman who's patient, fair, respectful, and treats you as a valued customer, I cannot recommend Mike Heckler enough. Stop by to see him if you're in the market for a car. Worst dealership ever. I bought my car a month ago and it’s been in for service every week since. Tried to return it and they won’t allow it since the bank financed it already.
