Professional and Superior Customer Service During the stressful time of Covid 19 I needed to buy a new car due to the impending death of my 16 year old car. I am immune compromised and not able to enter the dealership at this time. Brad Halsey was able to handle everything over the phone and text, after I completed the online application. It was only 25 hours until we were signing the papers to complete the deal. Brad was able to come to a neutral location to do the paperwork and deliver the car to me for safety's sake. He was wearing a mask and gloves and made other accommodations to insure there was no possible transfer of any virus. I cannot speak highly enough of this dealership and its employees. Brad was very personable, extremely professional, and bent over backwards to help this customer. Kudos to a dealership with an outstanding customer service culture from top to bottom. If I every need to buy another car, it will be from Performance Honda! More
