At the time of purchase, we were very happy with our experience. Since then (it's now Feb.18), we still have not received two significant items we were promised at the time of purchase. An additional key (it only came with 1) and mats (there were no mats in the van). I have contacted Performance Honda many times and have been politely spoken to, but it's always someone else's fault as to why we have not received our promised items. (written in the contract) My husband and I have been very patient (3 months) and have held off writing a poor review, but feel it is now time. Once the purchase is made, it seems like they're done with you. MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS HOW YOU WANT IT BEFORE LEAVING THE DEALER. DON'T RELY ON THEIR PROMISES TO BE FOLLOWED THROUGH. More
