Unfortunately we ran into an issue with the car less than 24 hours after taking ownership. We did not purchase a warranty and the car was under no warranty. We called the dealership and explained the issue and were asked to bring it to the service department. Today we were pleasantly surprised by a call from the service department telling us the the alternator had been replaced and the cost of the repair was fully covered by the dealership. At no time were we asked to pay for the repair. This was our first time purchasing at Performance and they won us over. More
