I had started visiting back in January to figure out whether I wanted to lease again or buy out my current van and then there was a recall so I wasn’t even allowed to do anything with the van until it was fixed. Shane was very helpful in making sure we got it fixed as quickly as possible and his personality is what kept me coming back to Performance instead of going to another dealer. He was straight forward and easy to work with! We ended up leasing again and Sean was our finance guy. He was easy to work with as well, explained the paperwor and answered our questions! Something else I like about Performance is the lounge area they have for when you wait for your vehicle to be worked on! More
