I recently feel on stressful times during this awful winter season, after an unfortunate accident which totaled my car. Not only was the accident stressful, but there was the added burden of trying to f winter season, after an unfortunate accident which totaled my car. Unwilling to settle without some research, I spent a week in a tiny rental car, affectionately deemed the "tin can", researching new car makes and models online, getting online quotes, visiting dealerships and test driving vehicles. No experience was more relaxed and successful than my dealings with Wesley Jett at Performance Honda. From internet quote, to telephone dealings, to test drives, car information, negotiations, thru purchasing, Wes offered a laid back, pressure free atmosphere to investigate my model of choice (CR-V), and left me feeling happy with the product and the price. All involvements with the dealership from sales(wo)men (Belinda came in with the awesome assist on the numbers front) to financing (Richard was informative, efficient, and very helpful) were relaxed and positive. People were friendly and efficient. Wes, in particular, went above and beyond by following me to drop off the little "tin can" after purchase, helping me to set up my cell phone via Bluetooth hands free before I left the lot, and follow-up after the sell to make sure all was well and I had no questions. The facility was comfortable and the refreshments were nice for the brief waiting periods. I am looking forward to future dealings with Performance Honda, including maintenance and lifetime free car washes! Loving my new CR-V! More

We have been a regular customer of Performance Honda for service needs of our two cars. This is the first time we worked with Megan. She made the deal happen within 2 hours of contacting her by email and was very courteous and friendly and kept us informed throughout the process, while working with her supervisor who was not available in office, that day being a Sunday. It was frustrating at times to deal with sales people at other dealerships as we could sense lack of sincerity. Experience with Megan was different and she was sincere, respectful and helpful. First impressions matter and she gave us very good impression that she was someone we could work with, with her courteous and friendly conversation over the phone. As a result, we did not visit any other dealerships and worked with Megan on the price we were comfortable paying after talking to other dealerships. Megan was very attentive through the process and answered all our questions knowledgeably and even asking us if we have any more questions. She made sure that car was well detailed before she turned the keys to us. She made sure we have a "smile on our face" as we left the dealership. I decided to stop by to check it out. I felt that Wesley was straight forward and he did not "double talk" and he seemed honest. After I drove the car, I was sold. The ride was much much more smooth than the ride in the Elantra. I did not feel pressured and I really liked the car. My experience at your dealership was much more pleasant than my experiences elsewhere. The car is at the top of the ratings in safety and in reliability. I hope that my experience with your service department will go well also. I have talked to other sales people and felt that some of them were dishonest. I started my search online looking at several dealers for a CR-V. From the beginning Wesley was very helpful and did not pressure me at all. He gave me the price of the vehicle and was very upfront. I told him I was talking to other dealers and would make a decision once I had all my information. The price from this dealer was the lowest I received and based on my research was very reasonable. Wesley followed up with me the next day to see if I had finished talking to the other dealers and we setup a test drive. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all of my questions. Once we got to the table the price was what he quoted me on the phone and there were no surprises. I had to leave the vehicle overnight as I had remote start installed. The next day Wesley was there to greet me and take me to my car. He showed me how to work the remote start that I had installed, answered additional questions I had, and made sure I was ready to go before saying goodbye. The service department that installed my remote start did a great job. Overall this was a very pleasant experience and I really appreciate the time, patience, and overall helpfulness of Wesley. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Performance Honda and I highly recommend them. More

Their price was the best in the city by $1000 on new 2013 Honda Accord EX. I negotiated the price through email and received the official offer thru PDF file. I made an appointment the next day to inspect car and sign papers. Megan had the car ready and the entire transaction was completed in less than an hour ( including financing). Megan went above and beyond for me on this vehicle purchase. She stayed later than her shift...way later, and everyone was very accomodating and kind. So in a hurry, and already overwhelmed, everyone came together to make it a pleasant experience in spite of. I can't say enough for all of the back and forth that Megan did for us to get us the best deal she could. The sales manager was also wonderful. They explained everything in detail and we felt we were helped in all aspects. Richard was so kind to stay around as well so we could close on the deal that night.
