I was shopping for a car and had visited 3 other dealers, and after working with another dealer and sitting down with them to buy a car, they could not meet our price point. We were only asking for an $8 reduction in monthly payment and they would not work with us even though they were getting a great value on our trade-in. We had to walk out. The next morning I called a few other dealers. With no hesitation, Kristina she said she could work with what we needed to get. That was it. We walked in, filled out the paperwork and that was it. She even beat the other offers we had. I have nothing but the highest praise for Performance Honda and Kristina and would recommend that anyone who is looking for a car go to Performance Honda. Conrad was outstanding. He was honest, sincere and was out to meet our needs and wants. The sales staff worked with us on the sales negotiation even after a quite disapponting first trade in offer we came out to meet our needs and wants. The buying experience at Performance Chrysler-Jeep-Dodge was one of the best experiences that my wife and I have ever had in purchasing a car from our sales consultant, John Gerlach, to the sales manager, J was one of the best experiences that my wife and I have ever had in purchasing a car from our sales consultant, John Gerlach, to the sales manager, James Morris to the finance manager, Dennis Thompson. They all were very friendly professional with extended knowledge of their product. John made sure that both my wife and I understood all the features and benefits about the automobile that we were purchasing from the hard and software of the automobile to its warranty that put any anxieties to rest. He was not aggressive, but assertive in a friendly way. John has a very pleasant way of presenting all the feature and benefits of the automobile and answering any questions that we had. I was also impressed that James Morton, Performance Sales Manager who came over to speak to both my wife and I. In my past experiences with dealerships, the sales managers never spoke to us directly, only through their sales consultant. James was the opposite, he was friendly and talked to us, not at or down to us and answers any questions that we had. And Dennis Thompson, their finance manager, really made us feel very comfortable and relaxed while getting all the financials done on the car. When all our questions were answer, we bought the car and felt very comfortable that we made a good purchase and got value for our money. Both the parties benefit from this sales and that’s the way every sales interview should be. Both my wife and I have no problem in recommending our friends to Performance Chrysler-Jeep-Dodge. We will be their best way of advertising because of the positive experiences that we had there, we have a story to tell. More

From day 1 when I visited Performance Honda, Jim Smith was very courteous and friendly, he showed me the workings of the car I was interested in, and let test drive it.
