I had visited three other dealerships prior to my meeting with Megan. She is the first representative that really listened to my needs and helped me find the car to MEET those needs rather than trying to cha with Megan. I went to Performance Honda to get an appraisal on my 2008 Honda Civic. I was almost immediately met by a salesman who introduced himself as Amit. He took me into the dealership sat me at a desk and notified the manager. Within a short time I received my appraisal and we started looking. Amit was very patient as I wasn't 100% sure what I wanted and if I wanted something different. We test drove a couple vehicles and after some contemplating I decided what I wanted. We started the loan process and all was going well. Amit brought a monthly payment to me and I told him that was more than I was willing to pay per month. This went on for quite some time with Amit going back and forth from myself to the finance department. They worked deligently with me to get the price, and payment to what I was willing to pay. Finished all the paperwork the following day. I was so excited to drive my new car, but I let the woman who had sacrificed much, my Mom, drive it home. Thank you Performance Honda. I'll be back...
