We have just leased our 4th vehicle from Performance Honda and obviously are very impressed with the excellent customer service we always receive. We feel very comfortable calling Ed at any time with questions and he always has the answer for us. Reed Koehler and Ed are working together now as a team and Reed is a very delightful young man. Reed helped us set up the bluetooth in our new Civic. We hate the thought of Ed ever retiring, but if and when he does we will feel very comfortable working with Reed. Robert Williams, Business Manager, also is a delight! He does a wonderful job explaining the financing and also is readily available should we ever have questions. The Service Department at Performance Honda is also top notch! Our son is currently leasing a Honda Element from Performance and I'm sure when his lease is up he will also be a repeat customer. My husband and I have not purchased a new car since 1987. We had found a salesman in used cars at a different place and we stuck with him and continued to buy used because he was wonderful to work with. We have always dreaded the new car salesperson chasing us around the car lot!!!! My experience with Performance was just the opposite. Jennifer was great, she asked if she could help and when we said "just looking" she kept her distance. When we were ready she was within ear shot so we called her over. She did everything to help and it was soooo nice. We met with Robert in finance and he was so entertaining who would have thought a finance guy to be so much fun. Ken in Management was great to work with as well. We also spoke with Ed a salesperson that had been there many years and he was also very informative. Every person I met there did a wonderful job and were very friendly and helpful. I would definitly go back again!! Shop there you won't be disappointed! We love our new car! More
