My husband and I have not purchased a new car since 1987. We had found a salesman in used cars at a different place and we stuck with him and continued to buy used because he was wonderful to work with. We have always dreaded the new car salesperson chasing us around the car lot!!!! My experience with Performance was just the opposite. Jennifer was great, she asked if she could help and when we said "just looking" she kept her distance. When we were ready she was within ear shot so we called her over. She did everything to help and it was soooo nice. We met with Robert in finance and he was so entertaining who would have thought a finance guy to be so much fun. Ken in Management was great to work with as well. We also spoke with Ed a salesperson that had been there many years and he was also very informative. Every person I met there did a wonderful job and were very friendly and helpful. I would definitly go back again!! Shop there you won't be disappointed! We love our new car! More

We had just come from a dealer down the street , ready to purchase one of their cars, when their salesman changed the purchase price on us at the last minute, denying what he had previously told us. We drove past Performance, saw the white Pilot on your lot and checked to see if we could talk with someone about it, even though it was past your hours. Roger stayed late to show us the car and we came back to test drive and purchase it. We live on the other side of town, so we really appreciated not having to come back another day just to look at the car. Roger showed the car that evening but we had previously purchased a car from Katie Sweeney, who we actually bought the Pilot from. She was a great rep and we enjoyed seeing and working with her again. More
