Noticed a coolant leak and pointed out it may be a water pump. Was told by the salesman f it was that they'd fix it. Got it checked at another shop before buying and it was a leaky thermostat, along with pump. Was told by the salesman f it was that they'd fix it. Got it checked at another shop before buying and it was a leaky thermostat, along with other issues. They then said they would only fix the breaks, and dropped the price a little. I agreed and when I picked it up it wasn't ready. The salesman showed me the car in the shop, brakes torn apart, and said it would be ready the next day. I pick it up and it was detailed and had a bag Full of beer cozies with their logo on them in the passenger seat. I thought something might be wrong when I hadn't asked for all of that. The next day I put on the emergency brake and it went to the floor with no resistance. Called the dealer and complained and they said they'd get back with me. A week later no call back. We talked with the other salesman and the same thing happened. We finally got ahold of one of them and they said the contract only mentioned replacing pads. We went up to a gm to rxplain what happened and the shop manager called back and took it in to get it fixed. It took close to a month because of a part order backlog. When I got it back, the parts were installed but not adjusted and still didn't work. Didnt bother coming back because they obviously dont know how to work on cars. Only go here if you want to get lied to, given the run around, and sold unsafe cars. More
