We had just come from a dealer down the street , ready to purchase one of their cars, when their salesman changed the purchase price on us at the last minute, denying what he had previously told us. We drove past Performance, saw the white Pilot on your lot and checked to see if we could talk with someone about it, even though it was past your hours. Roger stayed late to show us the car and we came back to test drive and purchase it. We live on the other side of town, so we really appreciated not having to come back another day just to look at the car. Roger showed the car that evening but we had previously purchased a car from Katie Sweeney, who we actually bought the Pilot from. She was a great rep and we enjoyed seeing and working with her again. More

I visited Performance Honda to look at used cars to replace my 2000 Honda Odyssey. Joe promptly assisted us and went out of his way to show us every vehicle we asked to view. Ultimately, we test drove a used 2011 Toyota Sienna Van. Although we arrived late in the day, we weren't rushed to complete a deal. I feel I received a fair purchase price and trade in for my car. I have had all of my maintenance performed at this dealership which should show that I trust them. The entire staff including Joe, the sales manager, and the finance manager were a pleasure to deal with for this deal. More

Overall it was a pleasant experience. The one negative was that there were no 2012 Honda Civic LX available on the lot even though local advertising mentioned they were.
