My husband called a day in advance to schedule an appointment for us to look at Honda Elements. Andrew was outside the dealership waiting for us right on time. My husband told Andrew we wanted to keep our payments around $200 a month and we were trading in my 2006 Honda CRV that we purchased from the same dealership. Andrew went right to his manager and had him come over and work with us on a price. I personally hate the negotiation part of car buying, but they made it so easy and gave us such a good price we would have been crazy to pass up the deal. It was the most enjoyable and painless car buying experience we've ever had. Andrew was a pleasure to work with and when my husband is ready for a new car in a couple of years we'll definitely be going back to Performance. More
