Performance Honda

My 2006 Odyssey's transmission went out at 84,000 miles. My extended warranty was gone at 60,000. I was devastated that this happened. I and my immediate family have been loyal Honda customers. This Honda that I purschased this past Tuesady was number 12. Six at this dealership. All of my children are Honda owners. Never have we had an issue. I was advised that Honda would assist in the cost of the repair. Instead, I purchased a new Odyssey. As happy as I am at the new vehicle, I am dissappointed in the performance of the previous car of which my wife and I really cared for and enjoyed it as we travel back and forth to Florida quite frequently. All service and records of such are on file at the Performance Honda Store. I was treated with respect and patience by Richard and he made a bad day much better in his patience, attitude, respect for our issue and professionalism. I am still a loyal Honda owner and I hope Honda stays loyal to me. Performance Honda has always been good to me. Dan, in the Service Department, has been great and I always ask for him when my car comes in for service. In conclusion, my attitude has not changed and when the time comes--I'll continue to recommend Hondas to my family and friends.... More
