Service managers never returns calls. The service questionaire shows how dishonest the dealership is. The service manager NEVER called me back after filling out three of these from our last three services. I used to love Performance service but we will switch to the new Honda dealer at Kings for service of our Odyssee and Accord - and for the purchase of our 2011 Odyssee. Performance Honda service cannot be trusted. And why did the dealership hire an agency to send out a note stating "thank you for your recent purchase of a Honda Odyssee?" It was almost 9 years ago we purchase the van from Performance so we called the dealership concerned that someone had used our credit to purchase a new car. The person at Performance said that many people had called with the same concern. It just shows that attention to detail is not a strength of the current management at Performance. It is too bad because we had sent many friends to the dealership through the years. Not anymore. More
I was able to drop my car off at the last moment, get the service I requested within a short amount of time and pick up my car (which had been washed for me) with out any hassels. The used car department is totally rude, and could care less after you drive the car off the lot. They acted as if they didn't want me back after I discovered a few problems with the used car. Repairs they stated as done had to be redone by a another Toyota dealer outside the Performance Group. The used car warranty is a joke, and a way for them to make more money on service. They said it is my problem, since I could inspect the car on the lot. This is the third car I bought there, (2 new, 1 used) and I will never return for service or sales to this dealer. Go to Kings Honda (formerly Century)instead. More

I have gone to Performance Honda for over 20 years. i did not just bought a honda odyssey neither will i ever i did not just bought a honda odyssey neither will i ever buy another honda nor any member of my family.Got my first honda ,first car in 2003 as a le i did not just bought a honda odyssey neither will i ever buy another honda nor any member of my family.Got my first honda ,first car in 2003 as a lease.Traded it in for a 2004 honda odyssey EXL ,being naive i was made to pay for terminating the lease ,vehicle had little scratches ,i am sure the salesman made a lot of money from me bcos i paid the MSRP displayed on the van.i had to pay 32,000 for this van.Used this van for 6yrs with 75,000 miles ,all dealership maintained the transmission had problems.Tom Riley the service manager stated "we've had couple of same make in with the same problem.I had so much faith in honda thats why i had to spend extra thousands of dollars.I checked on the internet and found out according to Tom that so many people are having same problem. I had a service problem due to lack of communication after dealing with two service advisors. The first service advisor Matt Lee did not pass on details that I told him to the second advisor Brian Flick after dealing with two service advisors. The first service advisor Matt Lee did not pass on details that I told him to the second advisor Brian Flick. A critical item was missed and Brian Flick placed the blame on me. I later emailed my problem to service manager Tom Riley and received no response after spending over $800.00. I had to contact the general manager of Performance Honda before I could warrant a call from Tom Riley. Too late, I hope another Honda dealership appreciates my business. More
