I recently started looking for a new car. A coworker of mine highly recommended Charley, since she had bought a few cars from her in the past. I worked everything out over the phone, Charley made sure she mine highly recommended Charley, since she had bought a few cars from her in the past. Worst experience, gave me a price on Monday on demo car,on wednesday added 2500 to that price because i was not ready to trade-in my old Pilot for 3500 less than what I will get outside. A while back, my Dad and I drove 35 miles to Performance Honda in his trade-in car to buy a new Honda. When we had already agreed to a price for the car minus the trade-in, the salesman at the last minute t Honda in his trade-in car to buy a new Honda. When we had already agreed to a price for the car minus the trade-in, the salesman at the last minute told us the trade-in was worth $500.00 less he claimed just a few minutes earlier. We told him the correct year and model of the trade-in but he claimed we told him it was a year older. To my disappointment, my Dad ended up taking the deal anyway. I haven't forgotten how they outright lied to us about the price of his trade-in car. More
